Located in Northern California, at the heart of Mendocino County, Frey Vineyards welcomes you to Redwood Valley for a completely organic wine-tasting experience! Sample our award-winning Frey wines by appointment or join our Wine Club events for invites to celebrations that will be held at our new winery location!
In Redwood Valley, less than 10 minutes off the Highway 101 corridor
Where is Frey?
Frey Vineyards is now located at 11700 West Road in Redwood Valley, California. We are a very short drive from the Highway 101 corridor. From the West Road exit on US Highway 101, we’re about 3.5 miles or a 6-minute drive to the winery. There aren’t currently any public transportation options, as we’re located in rural Northern California, but we are easily accessible by car.
If you want to visit Frey Vineyards, you can arrive here by a few different methods. If you’d like to drive up from the South, you can fly into SFO in San Francisco or The Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport in Santa Rosa. From either destination, you will then need to find car transport to the North. From SFO, you’ll drive 147 miles North. From Sonoma County’s airport, you’ll drive about 66 miles North. There is also a small airport located in Humboldt County, the California Redwood Coast Humboldt County Airport, that is to the North. From the Humboldt airport, you’ll drive 169 miles South.
