Q: Is there a membership fee?
A: There is no membership fee to join and no cancellation fee.
Q: What discounts do I receive as a Frey Vineyards Wine Club member?
A: 20%-30% off Frey wine and special pricing on event tickets. We also send exclusive email offers to club members. These offers typically include extra discounts on wines and discounted shipping offers.
Q: I just joined the club; when will I receive my first club selection?
A: Our clubs are processed three times a year in April, September, and November. The date of signup will determine when you are charged and when you will receive your first club selection. We typically offer a club selection for 30 days beyond when the current shipment is released.
Q: What is the Frey Referral Program?

Q: Do you notify me when my club shipment is on its way or ready for pickup?
A: Yes. We charge your credit card on a Monday and ship the wines the following Monday. For most of the West Coast, wine releases are delivered 1 to 2 days later. For East Coast addresses, wine selections are delivered in 5-10 business days. When your club is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. After we charge your credit card, we will email you and notify you when your wines will be ready for pickup and an invitation to our release party. A deadline of 30 days for pickup will be noted in the email as well. If your wine is not picked during the timeframe stated, the wines will be shipped to you and the credit card on file will be charged for shipping.
Q: Do I have to be home to receive my wine?
A: Yes, the federal government requires that someone 21 or older, with a government-issued identification, be present to sign for any package containing alcohol. You may ship to a home address but we strongly recommend shipping to a business address where someone will be available to sign for the package.
Q: What if I am going to be away from home when my shipment is scheduled to arrive?
A: We are happy to work with your schedule. Please take note of our club’s shipping schedule and alert us as soon as possible if you will not be available to receive your shipment. If you contact us after the order has already been packed, we do have the ability to redirect, recall, or hold a shipment and a fee could be charged for these requests.
Q: Can I skip a shipment?
A: Yes, we allow our members to skip one shipment per membership. You also can request a hold on your account for a shipment or season. We can also work with you to delay a shipment to accommodate your schedule. Q: Can I add wines to my club?
A: Yes, we will gladly add wines to your club which will actually save you a bit on shipping, please call or email prior to your club being processed email@example.com or 800-760-3739.
Q: What is the 30-for-30 sale?
A: Our 30/30 sale is a deeper 30% discount on additional bottles of the current wine club selection wines purchased within 30 days of a shipment.
Q: Do you offer a custom Wine Club or allow substitutions?
A: Unfortunately, we do not. We try to always create different and exciting club shipments with the newest wines, special club-only releases, and occasionally library wines. Please remember you are always welcome to add wine to your shipments or choose a red or white-only selection.
Q: How do I update my address or payment information?
A: You may update your information in your online account or over the phone with our Wine Club Manager, Lisa Batson 800-760-3739.
Q: Are special events available for club members?
A: Yes – we have club member exclusive events such as release parties. You are always welcome to bring a guest. Please visit our events page to see our upcoming events.
